Can you make custom jewelry for me?
Andrews Jewelers has a full service custom design workshop; we can make any design you can imagine. Whether you have a unique design in mind or you've seen something you like and would like to make some changes to it, we can make it. Andrews Jewelers has a staff of master jewelers and design consultants with over 40 years experience designing and creating custom made jewelry. We have a modern design process using 3D Computer Aided Design and CNC technology to create very precise and high quality jewelry. Our design team can make engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, corporate logo jewelry, signet rings, you name we can do it. Can I see the diamond before I purchase it?
Andrews Jewelers is proud to offer the finest quality diamonds and the lowest possible prices. In an effort to keep our prices low we must keep our expenses and overhead low. Shipping diamonds for consideration or comparative purposes causes undue expenses like shipping and insurance costs, & re-stocking fees. We don't allow diamond or jewelry comparisons. Do you discount your prices or do you negotiate?
At Andrews Jewelers we offer the lowest possible price upfront so that you know you're always getting the best deal. We don't negotiate or reduce our prices. The prices on our website are the final price.
Can you get other diamonds than what is on your site?
Andrews Jewelers carries one of the largest and most valuable collections of diamonds available anywhere. However, sometimes there are occasions when you'll need something not listed on our site. What if the ring doesn't fit after I give it to her?
If your ring does not fit properly we'll size it free of charge up to 60 days from the shipping date on your invoice. You'll need an RMA# in order to ship your ring back for sizing, to request an authorization number call 716-630-7091 and ask to speak to a service representative. What kind of warranties do you have?
Andrews Jewelers offers a 30-day warranty on stone loss or precious metal replacement due to defects in manufacturing. Andrews Jewelers can't be responsible for stone loss or damage to your jewelry caused by neglect or harm. We recommend that you insure your jewelry using a personal articles policy. This type of policy usually covers loss, theft, or damage of your jewelry and it's definitely something you should have at all times. How can I be put on your email and mailing list?
Andrews Jewelers creates update newsletters on what's happening in the jewelry & diamond business and this is very helpful in your decision making process. What is your refund policy if she doesn't like it?
If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry purchase from Andrews Jewelers you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. This excludes items that have been sized or personalized with an engraving. Read the Andrews Jewelers 30-Day Refund Policy for more details & restrictions.
What happens if the jewelry/diamond is lost during shipping?
Your jewelry purchases are insured from the time it leaves our offices to the time you have signed for the item. You have no risk having your purchase shipped to you, for added security benefits Andrews Jewelers requires that you sign for any package valued at $500 or more. What payments types do you accept?
Andrews Jewelers accepts most major credit cards including, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
You will not pay sales tax on any orders unless you reside in New York State. Currently the sales tax rate on purchases for customers residing in New York State is 8.75%.
What if I want a refund and I have lost my certification?
If you return your diamond without its original diamond certification you will be charged a fee of $250.00. These certifications are necessary when a customer is considering the purchase of a diamond therefore Andrews Jewelers requires the return of these documents for a full refund of your original purchase amount.
Can you deliver my order on a Saturday?
If a Saturday delivery is more convenient for you Andrews Jewelers can arrange a safe arrival on a Saturday. There may be an extra fee for the upgraded shipping service and some US locations do not have Saturday delivery available. If I don't live in the United States can I purchase from you?
Currently Andrews Jewelers does not ship jewelry anywhere outside of the United States of America.
How can I get my jewelry insured for loss, theft, or damage?
We recommend that you insure your jewelry using a personal articles policy. This type of policy usually covers loss, theft, or damage of your jewelry and it's definitely something you should have at all times. How do I change the ship to address on my order?
If you require your order to be shipped to an address other than your billing address we can help. For added security we'll require that you add the alternate address to your credit card account, this helps protect our customers from fraudulent charges on their credit cards.
