Diamond Price Guarantee

Purchasing a diamond can be an overwhelming task; there are so many options and you don’t want to make the wrong choice. Andrews Jewelers wants you to have confidence in your decision to do business with us and that's why we give you a Price Guarantee with every purchase. If within 30 days of your purchase you find an item of equal quality and likeness for less, we'll refund the difference.

What are the guidelines?

• Opposing item and price must be verifiable and published on a competing website.
• Price Guarantee must be exercised no later than 30 calendar days from the date of your sales receipt.
• Item must have exact matching specifications including metal type, carat weight, color and clarity.
• Andrews Jewelers reserves the right to deem an opposing item "Disqualified" from the Price Guarantee.
• All Andrews Jewelers decisions are final and can’t be disputed.
