3D Computer Aided Design– Precise & Realistic
Our designers use sophisticated jewelry design software to create precise 3D models. These models are used to create realistic renderings so that you can see what your item will look like before it's made. We can also replicate designs you've seen elsewhere; as long as they're not copyrighted.Anything that you want can be made including custom engagement rings, signet rings, logo jewelry, wedding rings, remounts, celtic jewelry, and awards rings. We can even use your old jewelry, diamonds, and gemstone to re-style into new jewelry designs.
Computer Rendering – Capturing Your Ideas
We want you to feel comfortable with your choice of custom jewelry design. Our graphic artists will use the 3D model to create a life like sample image of your jewelry design. This will take the guess work out of the process and give you the most realistic representation of how your jewelry will look when it is finished. Once you've reviewed the design your changes can be discussed and implemented. No other process has proven to be more effective in capturing your ideas than the Andrews Custom Jewelry Design Process.
Wax Prototype - Highest Resolution Standards
Once the rendering have been approved we'll send the 3D CAD jewelry model to the wax growing machine.Our wax growing machines create your prototype to the highest resolution standards available in the world. This allows for a very precise model and in the end the quality of the craftsmanship becomes finer. We are so confident in our craftsmanship that we give you the Andrews Jewelers Lifetime Warranty™ with every custom jewelry purchase.
Final Assembly - Beauty and Quality Craftsmanship
Upon completion of the casting a master-craftsman from the Andrews workshop will prepare the casting for parts and assembly. Gemstones and/or diamonds used in the jewelry will be hand selected and carefully set in the mounting. The jeweler will bring the jewelry to a bright polish and all work will be carefully inspected by three separate Andrews jewelers. You'll be truly amazed at the quality and beauty of Andrews Custom Jewelry.We're so confident in our quality that we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects; including diamond and gemstone loss.
